What a great call our inaugural MikeGtelecoach.com event was.

Lots of enthusiastic and excited clients on the line with me. We covered a lot of material. I had to pick up the pace and the call lasted a full 1 1/2
hours instead of the scheduled one hour, but I wanted to get everyone's questions answered.

We talked about a lot of things including a great mailing program called Gammadyne.com. Including JVAlert.com, including NetworkSolutions.com and 'whois', including http://BannersGoMLM.com/salesletterskills, and EmailResults.com.

Last Thursday we had a great call where we discussed the in's and out's of Network Marketing (MLM).

We covered:

~ The comp plan... is it binary, is it a uni-level, is it a forced matrix, etc. And more importantly, which ones of these make the most sense for a marketer, to heck with the company.

~ Learning the importance of merchant accounts vs. third-party payment processors.

~ Price points that make the most sense in the marketplace.

~ What products and services have the most potential but more importantly.. which ones represent the most headaches and the greatest amount of fallout.

~ What the heck is fall-out. Some very specific ideas and thoughts about that and how to avoid programs that will ultimately collapse (implode) upon themselves.

I've spent years studying this industry. I've been involved in several of them myself, both as a marketer and as a program owner. I've worn both hats. This presentation makes it abundantly clear to you what's important if you are a marketer looking to join a program, and believe it or not the rules change ever so slightly if you are considering developing your own network marketing program. Very different, very unusual, and two Mike G Telecoach clients have a lot of work on their hands. But, I think they are going to be very happy with their nearly instantaneous marketing successes once they follow the advice I have given.

You can learn from these recordings!

I reviewed MyFeedback.com, a new site being launched with tremendous upside potential. I took the owner, David Epstein, in an entirely different direction than his current thinking. I think he liked it, I think you will too. I helped him develop his offer and spent little time on copy. I'll do another Website Hotseat with him once his new site with new direction and new copy is up.

I also spent considerable time with Mike Cecotka. Mike is endeavoring to sell a $900.00 ticket, a high priced affiliate program with an extremely limited budget. Let's say, for the purpose of this email, that it's $0. You'll be remiss, I guarantee you, if you don't listen to this recording. I showed Mike how to become involved in that program and market it very successfully - without a list to offer it to and indeed with a very short timeframe because no doubt it will sell out quickly.

Great call on March 9, you've got to listen to the recording.

You need to hear how I consultated with Wade Whitehurst, not only did I do a total rewrite and overhaul on his website, www.Earn-Income-From-Home.com, but I changed the name of his website for him (this work was done previously). It will now be called, www.YourFreeMarketingTools.com.. Guess what? I found that that url was available to him and called him right away to get it before the conference call. Then, a total overhaul of his site. His goal is solid, his objective is on track, so I showed him how to accomplish both with a total rewrite and an entirely different direction I've taken his site.

You really need to listen to the recording to see why I suggested such dramatic changes for Wade Whitehurst.

Then, with Karma Singh, he's on to something really big with his new site, www.NonSmokerCelebration.com. His site is a work in progress and there's a little more work to do on Karma's part after his hotseat event. You'll know more after you listen in.

I'm really excited about his site for a number of reasons. First, it's a very wide mass market appeal product, and I happen to enjoy mass market products, there are a lay-down hand when it comes to marketing them on the internet. I gave Karma some very specific things he needed to do at his site to get ready for mass marketing, and even some resources to go to to tap into some mass market avenues most people are not even aware of. For example, we talked about www.EmailResults.com.  I also showed him how to lay out testimonials for maximum impact by showing him an example, www.FreeMarketingInfo.biz.

This was a hotseat session, and I critiqued two very different websites...

www.entrepreneurialchoices.com  is owned by Monna Mullins. Monna's website is currently undergoing major surgery.. due to the hotseat session.. and her goal is to build a website that will attract people who are interested in joining and finding the right home based business. Can you guess why? Obviously she wants to market the ideal home based businesses that she joins through her affiliate link to other people and build a significant residual income. Great idea, but she's not alone. Listen in to see how I totally redesigned her website for her so that she is not just another "me too" on the net.

Stuart Elliot has seemingly come from nowhere to be in his own right a world class copywriter. Take a look at his site, www.the-better-letter.com, currently undergoing minor surgery as a result of his hotseat session. Incidently I also gave Stuart some ideas for renaming his website with new urls. You'll want to listen to the recording as to why I feel this is important for him and also.. I directed him very specifically into the realm of "affiliate database" marketing with a brand new product that he should be offering from his site.

Currently Stuart has developed his own nine-part mini ecourse, giving it away free, a great idea, but sales have been sluggish. Find out why on this recording but more importantly find out how this is all about to change.

This was a very interesting and a very different call for us on several fronts.

First, I spoke for 25 to 30 minutes on how to select the perfect URL/domain name for your website. I presented some ideas that most people do not consider but you should. And, I mentioned several resources that you need to be aware of... www.thesaurus.com - check it out. Use it to find synonyms for those words that are already taken. You'll understand more about this when you listen to the recording. And, we talked about www.domainsbot.com and www.nameboy.com, and how you can use those tools/resources to come up with the ideal domain name.

It's absolutely vital that your domain name be memorable and descriptive of what you do at your site. On this recording I give several ways to accomplish this all important goal even if the perfect domain name is already taken.

We also talked about www.sedo.com and www.afternic.com. If you're absolutely, totally stumped and you want to find the perfect domain name, it might be for sale. Or guess what? To sell a domain name you'll also want to check out these resources.

Next, I had enough time to address a few questions and in the process of doing so, one of my favorite and long-standing MikeGtelecoach clients, Rick Dixon chimed in with a new service that he has discovered that is producing for him about 2,000 leads a day. Frankly, I too had been looking at this exact same resource but hadn't had time to fully immerse myself in it so it was serendipitous that Rich was on the call and was able to not only fill me in, but of course every MikeGtelecoach client.. including you also.

It's an extremely unique platform which enables you to private label, or better said "brand" your own PDF file with your own links to promote just about anything that you want to promote. However, the way Lon is using this system very successfully is by offering list building programs. Kowabunga! It's really neat, check it out. It does work! We tore it apart, picked it apart, and Lon explained it very carefully so when you listen to the recording you'll know exactly how this program works and how you can make it work for you.

We also discussed via a question that was submitted, the five critical elements of the CanSPAM act and what you need to know to stay out of trouble with the law. And this discussion was a result of a question by Rick Dixon dealing with one of his members who lost their ISP connection as well as their webhosting services because they were wrongfully accused of spamming. The ISP and the webhost who shut him down refused to provide him with the email address and name of the complainant. The number one reason why most people fail miserably or just squeak by in marketing anything on the internet today is because..

They simply do not know how to think about the internet from a prospect's point of view. Thinking about the internet, thinking about how the offer should be structured, thinking about how your ad should be prepared, thinking about how your propsects view what you offer and then reaching out to your propsects, connecting with them, literally forcing them to say yes to your offer, clearly represents and is responsible for 90% of your success. Everything else.. including

1. Banner advertising
2. Search engine advertising
3. Pay-per-click advertising
4. Opt-in email advertising
5. Joint venture partnerships
6. Ezine advertising
7. Solo advertising
8. Classified advertising
9. .. You name it

All of them are just mechanics.

It's not only just what you say with everything you every write, every ad, every graphic, it's the way in which you present it to your prospect that spells the difference between success, mediocrity, or failure.

I promise to open your mind's eye to new ways of thinking about advertising on the net. I will teach you strategies that I guarantee you (and I don't use the word 'guarantee' lightly) that will astronomically
and literally overnight show you how to use in detail all of these powerful strategies:

- Branding vs. Direct Response. What it means to you and specifically for anything you wish to market on the net.

- Reciprocity. An enormously powerful method by which you can obligate, literally, and force your prospect to want to do business with you..

- Social Proof: You've probably heard of social proof, but up until now it no doubt has been a mystery to you. It's far more than endorsements on your site. It's far more than recommendations. I'll show you the power of social proof and ways that you can use it, ways no one has ever taught you before, to ethically and dramatically increase response to any of your advertising, and I'm talking 200, 300, as much as 1000 percent more response than you've ever seen before, from the exact same ads you are currently using. And if you are not using any ads now, don't sweat it,
you'll know how to write them after this session.

- Liking: Think of liking as personification, a way in which your prospect will immediately like you. I'll let you in on a little secret here.. We're all conditioned (I'll tell you a lot more about this on this
TeleCoaching session) and have a propensity to want to do business with those whom we like and vice versa. You must embrace this and begin using.

- Pay-Per-Click Advertising: Do you use pay-per-click advertising? Chances are yours looks like everyone else's. Stop it! Enough already! I'll show you how to use pay-per-click advertising that will separate your ads, yes - even on the search engines, from everyone else's, commanding you more click-thrus than your competitors who pay top dollar for the same keywords.

- Ezine advertising: I'll let you in on a little secret. Something I have never told anyone up until now. In 1999 I began using a very powerful strategy in all of my ezine advertising. It has been so enormously
successful for me, I've kept my mouth shut about it. I'm amazed that no one has copied this strategy (most of my stuff is knocked off). Apparently it's so subtle yet so powerful that not one single guru has grasped it's importance. It's so powerful that it's 100% directly responsible for my company earning in excess of one million dollars the first year I began using this strategy, and I'm going to share it with you.

- Banner Advertising: People don't realize it.. Banners have been beat up by every other advertising seller for obvious reasons - those people have something else to sell. But the fact of the matter is, banner advertising, according to the IAB, still accounts for about 20%, nearly 1.7 billion dollars last year, being invested in this medium of advertising by savvy marketers who know how powerful they can be. In fact, banner advertising is a dirt cheap way of advertising on the internet. Twenty-five cents for every 1000 sets of eyeballs that see your banner ad is the norm today, but... not everyone knows how to use them the right way. In fact, I'll show you a way to use banner advertising that no one, except yours truly of course, uses.

- Exit Pops / Exit Traffic: If you've ever purchased exit traffic, you know - where your page or exit float-in or graphic pops up when someone leaves a site that hosts your exit pop. You'll know that this method rarely works for you, and there's a reason for that - You're not doing it right! Exit traffic is also a dirt cheap way to advertise online, but it's a total waste of your advertising dollar unless you learn the strategy I'll give to you.

- Opt-In Email houses: Opt-in email houses are companies that own or manage opt-in email lists, often in the many millions of subscribers and they make those lists available to advertisers. They are legitimate, ethical, and spam hassle free. I'll show you how to use them, how to outmarket everyone else using an opt-in email campaign, and best of all, where to find them.

I'll also teach you about building and buying your own lists. How to use co-registrations, and other opt-in list companies. I want to show you how to use these resources because by the time we finish, I promise you, I guarantee you, you'll be so excited by what I teach you will not be able to wait to get started - and I'll give you the ways to get started immediately. In fact, there is sooo much down-to-earth, simple to follow, get started right now effective strategies I've only given you a tiny corner of everything.

Great conference! It went longer than usual - a full one and a half hours - but it's important that you listen to it.

I reviewed two very unique and very different sites.

The first one was www.massivecashcow.com  for Dave Menzelefsky. We spent considerable time discussing with Dave some very strategic things he should be doing at his site which is primarily a lead-generation site for the primary program he is marketing. It's vital, really important that you listen to this recording.

The next site we did was www.bigdollarmagazine.com/1dm/main  for Mathias Lebesby. I spent nearly 45 minutes with Mathias alone, and Mathias has an exciting site destined to be a big database site for him. I did considerable work with Mathias on redesigning his site. I removed all of his bonuses but yet included them. I know that might be a confusing statement but you really should listen to the recording.. You see, it's too easy to use bonuses and actually destroy the value of the product you are attempting to promote. See what we did in Mathias' case to include all of his bonuses but yet keep the focus on his primary objective.

Lots of fun on this call !

We spent some time talking about email marketing, databases, and software programs and that kind of stuff. You'll want to listen to the recording and see how I feel about using 3rd party email service providers like Aweber. I think they're great but there are some drawbacks. I even recommend some alternate software and explain why it's important that you have your own database and your own mailing software.

We also talked about my new float-in that I'm using at MyMegaList.com. You should see it. I'm about to offer it as a co-op float-in program, which basically means if you need something, a way to capture a huge percentage of people visiting your site I can make that float-in available to you free and then we share the database. Check it out and let me know if you're interested.

We also talked at length about David Epstein's new site, WebMarketersAssociation.com. It goes live 9:00am November 14. I think you should be a part of it and I don't say that just because I consulted with David on this very exciting project. I say it because it adds a level of credibility, you know, 3rd party endorsement, to any website on the net, assuming they qualify.. not all sites do. And, it's free to join.

This is a particularly unique recording session that we had.. in fact, I have a confession to make to you. Because of the various time constraints and projects I'm involved in I was giving very serious consideration to eliminating the Mike G Telecoach program. However, a letter came to me that reminded me of the very core reason I do MikeGTelecoach.com sessions for all of my clients. I invite you to listen to the recording, I address this topic and share that letter with you during the first 5-6 minutes.

The first website we reviewed was www.simpleselfimprovement.com  from Lon Naylor, and I'm pretty excited about Lon's website and what he's doing. To sum it up he is building a model 'niche' website formula that will survive and prosper solely on search engine traffic. And, I believe it's very do-able, and I think you will understand how and why it's do-able when you listen to the recording and look at Lon's site. Albeit, I did highly recommend to him also an affiliate program so tune in and find out why.

Then we moved on and talked very specifically about marketing Network Marketing programs, and what's important to realize is this.. You've got to have your own stand-alone URL to do it right. Listen to the recording and learn this stuff, it's not rocket science, you can do this.

I admit, it doesn't happen overnight but there is no one on my lists, any of my lists, that cannot ultimately, gradually, through time build a nice significant database to invite in to any business opportunity or program down the road at any time. It's all do-able, I show you how to do it, and I share this information with you freely.

Listen to the consultation I had with Randy Reason for his site www.eBizOpps.ws  and learn this stuff. And, a personal note for Randy Reason: Randy, don't touch, don't modify, don't mess with the Google style ad for your keywords that I gave you on this recording.. It's perfect. You will pull more clicks buying the cheapest possible positions than your competitors who pay top dollar.
